You can't trust Sherpa yet, guys!
They're still messed up in places....including Worst-Case-Scenario Sorting
I'd give my eye teeth if I COULD trust Sherpa right now!
....SO much wasted time triple-quoting everyone!

Hope you emailed your info to Sherpa, sman.
I don't think they have time to read the forum.
But, they ARE responding to emails.

...

That's what I was thinking. They need to get it fixed. Like yesterday!!!

And for what it's worth, ACA Express has the correct rates.

It's almost embarrassing that we're using a second year platform that making 1st year mistakes. What am I talking about... HealthSherpa didn't make this mistake even in their first year. They cut-off the calculator at 3 children, like it was supposed to be.

Are there any children in that 7-child family over age 19? The FFM Training Course said that the 3-child calculation limitation only applies to children under age ____? That age and over, there is no limit on the number that can be included in the calculation.

Excellent observation, Allen!!!!!
You get sharpest-tool-in-the-shed award for today!

Seems like the finest engine in the world is intent upon self-destruction this year.
It wasn't broken.........!!!

I have several clients that need to upload documents, but once the client goes back into their account there's no place to do so... I also logged in to make sure and nada! Anybody using the system last year know anything about this or have experience using HS to pay their bill and upload info? Went I emailed support, they said it would be fixed by Nov 1st... Still nothing

When you're in the HealthSherpa Agent Dashboard and attempt to access a client's account by clicking on the big blue "ACCESS" button, it takes you to HealthCare.gov login page, with your FFM ID already populating the "Username" field. But the "Password" field is empty. What should that be? I entered my NPN, but no go. Used this feature once last year, but forgot what is supposed to be entered, and don't recall how I learned to do this back then. Help?

Believe it or not, the oldest is just 16. And I just found out tonight they had another child two days ago. When he called the carrier to get the child added he said they did everything they could to get him to change plans. Nothing like the carrier trying to steal your clients. If you're wondering who the carrier is, their name rhymes with Shumana.

Isn't it your password for logging into the CMS site? The one we used to have to change every 60 days and now it's good for 180 days.

Entered my current portal.cms.gov password, but that didn't work. Clicked on link to reset password. Awaiting the magic e-mail from healthcare.gov for resetting the password, going on 10 minutes now.
