Can we change an address with the marketplace without calling them? Customer gave me old address and thats what I put into sherpa.

If the re-submit ends up costing you $10, just e-mail HealthSherpa and they'll issue a $10 credit to your account. That's what happened to me.

So is everyone re-enrolling by putting a new application in Sherpa? I am concerned that there will be multiple applications...I don't want 2 weeks till they have a new re-enrollment feature, we really have 6 weeks to re-enroll everyone...

Whoo-hoo! Did my first health Sherpa app. I've only done a few healthcare.gov apps last year and using health Sherpa was 100x easier IMO.

If this has been mentioned earlier in the thread please forgive me. Is anyone else getting different rates on HS than hc.gov? I just ran a quote for someone with 7 children. The hc.gov rates are showing up lower than HS rates. And it's not even close. For example:

Humana Gold HMO
HS - $1,989
hc.gov - $1,282

Humana Gold NPOS
HS - $2,168
hc.gov - $1,398

Coventry Gold
HS - $1,995
hc.gov - $1,286
