I'm just having some fun, it's the only way to stay sane. Sorry it was at your expense. Nothing personal.
Smart ass.

Is there a way in Health Sherpa and ACA Express to change 2015 plan to different one in 2016 without creating completely new application/record?
It's not funny, Y!
!
hell... i thought it was funny... heck, i pee peed my drawers... i just puked my food.... go Y
But, Hallelujah! At least we have per-PERSON deductibles back this afternoon!
This is indeed good news and a pleasure to finally see HealthSherpa use some common sense, and not just follow what they see at Healthscare.gov. Agent e-mails undoubtedly helped them use their noggin.
But, Health Sherpa is still playing Russian roulette with their in-house interpretation of the complicated Summary of Benefits documents. Theirs is often incorrect, and always missing the preface info...such as, "You must pay all the costs up to the deductible amount before this plan begins to pay for covered services you use." This caveat is Big F'in Deal, and should not be omitted from their summaries, where applicable. I've done my duty by informing them twice. Done with it.

Is there a way to save a HealthSherpa quote? I see a column entitled "Saved Quotes" in the dashboard, but don't see on the quoting page how to save one. Thanks in advance.

Email it to yourself. Copy the link onto your CRM?
I see now that the Dashboard column is called "Leads". Have 2 in there who are already clients. Don't know how they got there.
Soooo. no way to save quotes inside Sherpa. Bummer. I'll e-mail them to myself. Don't know what a CRM program is, or even what those initials stand for without looking it up. Think it has something to do with electronic filing? At any rate, All my stuff is in manila folders. Old fashioned. Thanks for the info KGMom.
Like Salesforce. Its the online stuff. Customer Relationship Manager
Sounds like double work upfront. Write info on paper at the appointment in a business, home, restaurant, etc., then come home and enter all info again into a software program?
I just want to run bunches of quotes in HealthSherpa, tag each one with a name and close/save it for possible later use.
Where's all these fancy new features Ning was promising way back in July? Don't tell me what we saw on November 1st was it.
