Health Sherpa 2016 Open Enrollment

Anyone else get any input on why several Sherpa plans are stuck in portal waiting to be approved?

Perhaps additional "upgrades" are being re-installed. The quotes are now showing the big family deductible again. :-( Must be quite a power struggle going on within the organization.

Is anyone else getting different subsidy #'s upon confirmation of the app? This has happened two almost all of mine (haven't don't many yet as I'm hoping they get the kinks worked out).

This is really creating some confusion and even though I prep the client for a different figure, they still get upset and feel as if they were bait and switched.

These are folks who have experienced recent income drops.

Thoughts?

I am experiencing the same issues, and I am very close to the point of firing HealthSherpa if they dont get accurate quotes running very SOON.

I have low four figures in app credits at Sherpa, so changing WBEs will cost me both time AND money, but at this point in the game, something as simple as this is unacceptable and adding way too much additional work to the sales process

another mess up this morning when submitting applications on sherpa....Could not find an application to edit on everyone of them

This is the longest I've seen Ning absent from a HealthSherpa thread.

Healthcare.gov is officially running smoother than HealthSherpa for the 1st time. Maybe they forgot what made them successful to begin with.

REVERT TO ORIGINAL. Start this makeover again in February.

Another trend I'm seeing is that the income that we have entered in during the quoting phase is being changed when submitted to HC.gov.

Example: Family of 4, 2 applying household income of $ 25,000. I get an email back from Sherpa stating income of $ 24,996.00

This could be a major issue for those right on the line of either the 100% non medicaid expansion or 133% of income levels for medicaid expanded states.

I did an app on hc.gov this morning...it went through faster than sherp

Just tried to do another one with Sherp. This person bought coverage from us via a 3 way call to the Marketplace on a SEP prior to Sherp being able to handle SEP's.

I am getting some error message that Sherp "Could not find an application to edit" in red at the top of the screen.

This is sad. A great tool completely in the shitter.

I'm close to abandoning ACA alltogether to devote more focus to profitable lines of business.

Just got the same error during an enrollment.

Also recieved a message stating that:

Important: You currently have 1 outstanding failed payment. If not resolved promptly, you may lose access to some features of your dashboard.

Checked card and account and there is more than enough to cover the fee.

Called, (in cali I know) no answer. Sent email...no answer.
