Happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends in this business.

I am grateful to Sam for this forum. It's a lifeline for agents needing information, including all of those little bits of info that make our tasks run more smoothly.

And thanks to ACAExpress and HealthSherpa for big systems that make our tasks run more smoothly! All of these threads are about "tweaks" to a system, but you built the systems. Great job!

Kenny, your post to your WBE partner/competitor was gracious, and deserves a special thanks of its own. Enjoy the holiday!

A major priority for brokers is the simplicity of enrollments for consumers. Thus, any changes that make it more difficult for our clients, is not going to be popular. Compliance, I realize, must always be recognized.

And of course, the timing of the change - 2016? 2017? There appears to be some confusion when implementation must take place.

We are pleased that Sherpa is staying on top of this though. That is helpful.

Why change over to using a more cumbersome enrollment method now, when Government is proposing that all Web Brokers be allowed follow the same method that Health Sherpa has been utilizing since your inception?

Just keep your wonderful enrollment system the way it is, and all the other Web Broker Entities will be authorized to be like you for the next Open Enrollment, if they want to.
