Health Sherpa 2016 Open Enrollment

HS needs to reduce pricing to $5/app to keep this sustainable IMO. Went through a few apps today, HS was nearly useless and I had to do one app twice.

Did one today. I guess it's still nice that you can quote on HS but the fact that it ask all those questions one at a time on healthcare.gov makes it less attractive to use HS. I'm not really a big under 65 health guy anyways so I won't be writing much more

They have been very, very slow to respond to even simple inquiries. Last one took about a week to respond. They better step up their game if they want to maintain broker biz. Lots more work involved with their platform now.

I signed up with eBroker. I'm done with Sherpa.

SMan, please let us know if you, and the applicant, receive a copy of their Application and the Marketplace Eligibility notice, attached to some sort of Congratulatory e-mail that summarizes coverages. For me, this feature is a major time saver and very important reason for using and loving HealthSherpa.

For those of you still using Sherpa, how are you handling situations where you want to just send clients a link and have them complete the enrollment on their own? I complete some apps this morning over the phone with a couple new clients and after we were redirected to hc.gov we had to physically enter in my NPN and FFM ID on the application....so does this mean that if I'm not actually completing the application with the client then I may not get credit, even if the client is using my Sherpa link? Is the NPN supposed to auto populate when redirected from a WBE? For some reason I though it was.....
I appreciate any feedback on this. I'm trying to look at what other options are out there on the WBE front, but considering what little free time I have.....this forum is a life saver!
