Health Sherpa 2016 Open Enrollment

Anybody else having problems accessing the hc.gov through the back door? I click on the blue Access button from within the dashboard and it takes me to hc.gov but doesn't pre-populate the user name field as it has in the past. No way to login and search for apps now.

If I can figure out a way to do this with e Broker I'll go that route. It sucks having to learn a new system in the midst of all of this. eBroker is simple enough to complete a new app, but I haven't figured out a way to go through the back door and search for existing apps.

Another fail for Health Sherpa.

sman, apologies for that issue. Could you try emptying your cookies and trying again? The issue appears to be on the HC.gov end. If it's not resolved, send me a DM with the specific app in question and I'll get it resolved ASAP.

No worries. I figured out how to do it with eBroker.

Its cookies.

I'm having to go back and forth between IE and Firefox.

Mainly because that is quicker than cookie emptying.

Hey Ning..

Still no Eligibility Letter or Client's Application in Dashboard or attached to the e-mail. Important items!

Just received a HealthSherpa e-mail reply to the "Family Deductible" issue we were experiencing 3 weeks ago. Hope getting the above items addressed doesn't take as long.

Have application sitting since 12/1. Can't afford wasting time getting calls from clients who is worried that her application didn't go thru and she getting all this emails saying "don't forget to sign up"

Sherpa crew you gotta step up.

P.S. And come up with an answer on double ID for 2016.

The old adage of "too good to be true" is so accurate right now. I just knew that the government would find a way to spoil how easy this has been with WBEs.

I'm noticing when I enter in an amount of say $14k it's showing a subsidy. When in FL there shouldn't be any subsidy with that amount

If it's a single person there certainly is a subsidy with that amount. It's $11,760 I believe and lower no subsidy.

Ok. Just can't find where to get the right info. I googled Florida 2016 subsidy and there was a calculator that wouldn't show a subsidy unless over 15K
