any chance you got this email??

This is an URGENT message from HealthSherpa. You have one or more pending applications in your HealthSherpa dashboard that cannot be submitted. You must enroll the applicant directly through HealthCare.gov or by calling 800-318-2596 by Tomorrow, December 15th for them to have coverage effective January 1st.

To view pending applications:

1.Login to HealthSherpa

2.Go to the Enrollments tab in your dashboard

3.Select "Pending" from the "Status" drop down. Hit "Submit"

4.This will show you any yellow "Pending" apps you have in our system

You may continue to submit NEW applications through HealthSherpa.com.

If you have already re-submitted through HealthCare.gov, please disregard this email.

I found 2 of these that somehow got hung up in the HealthSherpa system during the 2-way Double Redirect debacle. I simply re-submitted them after Sherpa returned to simple enrollment. Both went through quickly, without a hitch.

Just got a phone call from health sherpa now saying to go to healthcare.gov...

Strange advice from HealthSherpa for just a temporary technical issue.. You think its been cut off from HealthCare.gov ?

Pretty sure it is due to the fact that NOBODY can get in thru the backdoor.

In the past, when the front door was down, we were usually able to login thru the backdoor/broker login. Without the backdoor, NO WBE can process apps....

Because I didn't get a phone call/email from HealthSherpa, I wrongly assumed that this was only for the few that some agents have hung up in the system for one reason or another. You're saying that none of them input into Health Sherpa from now until ________ will be processed? HealthSherpa is letting me input apps. I should stop?

Now seeing that all pending Sherpa apps may not be able to be processed....I've done about 5 today that are pending and I'm getting nervous....also tried to call healthcare.gov and due to long hold times they're now saying "don't call us, we'll call you"', taking your number and promising a callback. That was this morning and still no callback.
