Why would you even want to at this point?
Guys, HealthSherpa is yesterday's news. I know, I'd love to continue to keep everything on one system and one that I'm comfortable with, but it's time to move to ACAExpress.
I held off because I didn't want to split my business between two different WBEs, but I was forced into it. HealthSherpa is not working and ACA Express is.

Are there more than 20 different agents posting on this thread? Maybe there are. I just wasn't going to count them all. But I agree, there are probably thousands of agents across the country b*tching about the issues and lack of service and communication from Sherpa.
Hell, I even had a carrier rep tell me last week that CMS shut Sherpa down. Of course I'm sure the carrier rep is clueless, but that's how bad Sherpa's reputation is at this point.

Did anyone get Health Sherpa apps submitted and processed yesterday, December 16th, or today yet?
I sent out customized HealthSherpa quote links and 2 have responded that they're going to Enroll themselves in the recommended plan today. Gotta luv Health Sherpa for that capability.
I'm so bummed out over HealthSherpa's problems.. Got really use to sending links with only recommended plans showing. Lots of self-enrollments with minimum confusion. So disappointed, but will keep trying as long as HealthSherpa is there. The same HSpeople that didn't tell us to stop submitting apps will not tell us when it's OK to start submitting again either. Not while they're free, LOL.

Hi all,
We sent out an e-mail early this morning (7 am PST) to all agents with 1/1 effective date apps still pending, with instructions for the best options for those. We can't guarantee our system will get them through unassisted - even with the 12/17 extension.
Unfortunately, I can't say a lot more conclusively right now, but hopefully we'll have more and better news to report soon.
