No idea, but I've checked all mine and they show they're enrolled. I had one pending application that I had to re-enroll on healthcare.gov. When I got to Healthcare.gov, they already had a pending application causing the problem. I deleted the application and did it over.

No way in h*ll those apps were submitted this week. Everything that was sent in beginning Monday has had issues. They only showed the "Applying" column checked. Not enrolled. And they were all highlighted.
I'm probably not at the volume you're at. Like I said, I had no problems. I have no reason to lie to you, so believe what you like. Peace out and good luck!

Damn that ACA Express! On my last enrollment, I keyed in all of the information as I always have. I entered Client info, plan info, etc... And then I waited. And then I waited.
And waited.
And waited.
A full 46 seconds! The one prior to that took only 41 seconds. What the hell is going on???

Thank you sir, I will definitely consider after hearing all the HS nightmares in this thread.
I'm not high volume as health insurance isn't my main business (more on the Medicare and investment side). And next year I don't plan on doing any on-exchange business because it's just a PITA! I'll lose maybe 50 clients by giving up on-exchange, but I won't have to deal with the headaches of all that goes with on-exchange business.
If you had no problems with Sherpa, then as I said, those applications were prior to this week. Have you submitted any apps with Sherpa this week? I'm pretty sure someone from Sherpa even posted something here about the technical issues regarding applications this week not going through.
And if you've read through this thread, you know that multiple people have had problems prior to this week with Sherpa. Sherpa tried to reinvent the wheel the first day of open enrollment and screwed the pooch. They also now have a conflict of interest since they are an IMO/FMO as well.
Is this the first year you've used Sherpa?
Sorry I posted it in the other thread. But I wrote an app on the 15th and it was stuck. It just went through though about an hour ago after an email to them.

In fairness, I still like Sherpa. Good guys. It was nice when it worked. But Kenny is a good guy too and ACA is working quite nicely.
