Health Sherpa

Got an email from Ning today that someone submitted an app with my info on it for a subsidy, but I never did anything and it's not showing under my dashboard, even though it clearly shows in the confirmation email that it was done under my link. Has this happened to anyone else? I sent him an email back but really want to know where the info came from.

Yes. Had same thing happen to one of my clients today, and one before. Nng moved it over . Just send him email

Re: Phony application

You did what?... you got to be the dumbest stupid clown I have ever seen... you admit on a public forum, monitored by the federal govt that you just said f-you to the law.. you broke so many laws you will spend 20 years in the federal joint.... oh my god... you are toast, jesus.....

Thanks for all the constructive comments from all the Insurance Forum cops, particularly "foul mouth taterpeeler".
All I did, is proceed "as instructed by Sherpa". Look at the screen capture (attachment) from their page!
If it says "run a test enrollment", which appears even when you're signed in, you'd suppose all entered information is only for test purposes, with non being actually sent to the Marketplace.

Does ameneses54 have amnesia or is this amateur hour?

Probably both.

From memory, he signed up for ACA Express with their paid subscription (because it was a 'better deal') and now is probably trying to justify that decision. If he would have listened to the rest of us he simply would have taken the per app deal with both Sherpa and ACA Express and had the option of using either (or neither).

I think this logic is the true definition of the term 'amateur hour'. And now he has committed fraud whether he realizes it or not. It's one thing to submit an app to Sherpa, notify them not to process it, and archive it. It's quite another to let it go through the system and get an Eligibility Letter.

dang.......just got a call transfer lead from Joe.....sent her my link....did the shrepa app.....not only did it work it was submitted to hc.gov in 6 min's......

For everybody who rejoices in saying that I have committed fraud. Let me be clear once again, I was only following the printed guidelines from Sherpa and in no way was my action premeditated or with ill intentions. Mine was to "run a test enrollment"
Get your facts and terms straight before casting epithets!

Fraud
n. the intentional use of deceit, a trick or some dishonest means to deprive another of his/her/its money, property or a legal right.

Or, to be a fraud: a person who makes deceitful pretenses; sham; poseur.
example: Ameneses

As for your "I was only following the printed guidelines from Sherpa", let's let Ning weigh in on this. If he's cool with it, who am I to say?

I also submitted an app today. Went thru in 10 minutes. Did another app today and was stuck on an error on the name on step 2. it would not allow me to go past step 2 and kept highlighting the name in red. My coworker had the same issue.

Hope they get it working soon.
