Health Sherpa

If they've never had an account, set up one with them. If their account is screwed like so many of the DIY'ers that come in here, it will take a phone call. Get them enrolled for now with you as AOR, then if you have time, try to work on their account, if no time, keep the relationship the way it is or try to gain control some time down the road.

They don't respond or are way behind and understaffed. Wait till you agents see what happens next year when clients start yelling at you because you put in gross income instead of adjusted gross income on the site.

If your using gross income your just missing out on tons of apps...LOL

Rookies beware read the law and tell the sherpa to change this:laugh:

Yeah but its important for agents to know. Not everyone takes information over the phone. When a client comes to your website do you want them to be misinformed. I go with what healthcare.gov says to put in not gross income. Your assuming consumers know what to put in that field.

Maybe this answer seems obvious, but if I have an enrollment on my dashboard showing up as not submitted (no eligibility letter) and I trash it- it's just gone right? I can go back to hc.gov and enroll this person and not be charged for this from Sherpa?

Healthsherpa as far as I can tell did not disclose they are competing against other agents. Why are they advertising against other agencies. I am not a fan very unprofessional outfit. If your an agent they will not return calls if your looking for insurance well that is different story..

Why use an outfit who is competing against you on adwords. They need to disclose they sell insurance and advertise also. I predict they will fold in 60 days.
