Health Sherpa

My client just let me know that she received her eligiblity result but the premium is not the same as when she enrolled. When I did enrolled her through sherpa it was show with $0 in premium if she selected HMO 003 plan. But when she received the email confirmed that her premium now is $32.97. So when we enrolled though health sherpa.. the information is not accurate???

Email them. I did one like this, they moved it to me after notifying them.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I will do that. Thanks!

Sherpa be rock'in it. Submitted some last minute nuts that I don't have time to H.gov, they all made it to confirmation. Thank Santa for Sherpa!!!

All of the apps I just submitted in the past two hours show the submission date as "12/16/2014"

It's only 9PM eastern time....hope that's a mistake

Sorry for that - we are storing and displaying the submission timestamp in UTC time, will switch to displaying in EST sometime today.

Does anyone know how to get the code to work correctly in Facebook? It opens my agent portal but then when you click Find Plans after putting in your zip code it leaves my branded page and goes to HealthSherpa's instead.
This only occurs on iOS devices as far as I can tell.

Go to your dashboard, click on "Consumer Link", click on the link or copy and paste it into Facebook or anywhere else and it will include your agent code.

As I said, it doesn't work on iOS devices for customer accessing the link through facebook. It instead takes them to HealthSherpas page without my info being populated.

That would explain the 0 enrollments on the $60 or so I spent on Facebook ads, as almost all of them were accessed via mobile devices.
