Health Sherpa

Make sure you share your consumer link in the ads, rather than the main link without any additional parameters. We've tested that agent enrollments work on iOS and Android devices. That said, we are always open to more investigation - Joseph, could you email [email protected] with details on the link you are using so that we can track and investigate? Thanks!

That would explain the 0 enrollments on the $60 or so I spent on Facebook ads, as almost all of them were accessed via mobile devices.

That's a bummer. :/ I think it had something to do with facebook blocking the query.

I had to link mine to my website then unfortunately they have to click one more time to get to my Sherpa site.

As I stated in my post, the problem as far as I can tell is specific to Facebook. It may have something to do with Facebook in iOS not exiting the app. It appears to be branded with my site until you click Find Plans. It does it on all my iOS devices.

I have an idea on how to use them

did you end up using them?

I notice the price is now $25 per application, but it would be far better to have one that was a flat monthly fee (maybe with a cap of apps)

are there many competing offerings?

when I had to get exchange based insurance, my agent in NH sent me here to get started - but that was 8 months after these posts

Just a note to say that HealthSherpa is proving itself to be miraculous in how the platform integrates with HealthCare.gov. Actually did a 1/1/2015 SEP enrollment today using HealthSherpa because neither the HC.gov website, or the HC.gov associate could get it done. Wow.
