Health Sherpa

I tried this and it completely messed up the app I went in under. She has a subsidy of $485, I pulled in another app and did that. Well, now Sherpa is reporting the $485 is now $1199 (what the other client was getting). The app has been processed on my 834 report correct and client is enrolled, but it still shows up a not being processed on health sherpa site.

Be careful. You could be making a mess. It would be very nice if this was a fluke or an issue that has been resolved. I tried it about a month ago.

Would love to get feedback on Ning about this.

A WONDERFULLY USEFUL TIP, PTerrell. Thank-you!!

I discovered the glitch a long time ago, but I never posted it as it seems unlawful to use another developers software for purposes not related to clients processed through their web site.

Thanks for the comment. Who needs hard core Comedy Central with potty mouth jesters like you!
By the way, you don't need much of a brain to figure it out --in any case I suppose it's above your paygrade.
P.S.
Don't forget to take a dose of laxative yourself.

Here's a little trick that might come in handy - it did for me. Access healthcare.gov from any client listing on your HealthSherpa dashboard. Once you are in healthcare.gov, you can search for ANY of your Marketplace clients, including those that were not processed through HealthSherpa. You don't need the FFM app ID# or SS#, just the name, coverage year, and date of birth. I was able to use this to help someone make a first payment. Thought this might be helpful for some.

Where in the dashboard are you able to pull clients up that enrolled through healthcare.gov?

Click any applicant's name in the dashboard. Then click the big, blue "Access" button on the right side. You can accomplish the same thing by going to hc.gov and logging in with your FFM ID and password. I don't think our HS friends would regard this as an illegitimate use of their interface but would be happy to hear from them on this.

ON my site I do not see a access button on the right side. I just signed up and tried to do my first application.
Also did not know we had a login capability to health care.gov
Been trying to locate my FFM number and unable to
Any assistance is appreciated

I would suggest you call the market place to get help on the ffm number issue, did you do all the classes and you have your certificate? Thats where you need to start.

I have completed all certifications and talking specifically about ACA enrollments. The login password I thoughts was for individuals enrolling and that as agents we did not have access.
If this is wrong and there is a way to login into the marketplace please let me know
Thanks
Mark
