After my elf and I go out delivering a few hundred calendars and boxes of candy....my office phones ring off the hook for about a month. Gets me back all that calendar/candy $$ real quick.

So do you give them out to current clients? Businesses?

Here is something I do.

I am one of those old dude that still have school age kids. As such we have a lot of school fundraisers. Currently we have a daughter that is selling assorted candy. I can buy a bunch though the company and take or send it to clients that been good to me though out the year. I also send some to the Client Services girls and underwriting departments of some of my companies. Two birds, one stone. Gosh, I wonder if that would be a write off?

We do both...mostly businesses though

My wife vetoed my original idea of a "hottie elf" to do the deliveries with me
