My understanding is that Jose and his agency partner are an agency under FEX just as you and Josh are an agency under Ben at EFES. They do say that they are under Scott and not under Travis, which is possible, I suppose. I think they are a couple of sharp guys and I think Jose will be a good mentor for the OP.

Totally agree that this is the place to post stuff like this when an agent has been wronged.

I know Jensen a little and Ben Boman well enough that it's hard to believe either of them would intentionally drag their feet or hold an agent hostage. But I wasn't there and I don't know all the facts.

Fex really? They seem about as independent as efes.
Just because you can offer multiple companies doesn't make you independent, or Merrill Lynch advisors would be independent as well.
But, you probably need some sales training and if the relationship is good with jose, could be a good fit.

What's wrong with FEX? My first week into EFES everybody was ignoring me because I didn't have money for DM and basically wrote me off as an statistic before helping me. FEX has been good to me so far.
