Wow!! Are you in a town or city? Are there a lot of carriers in your area?

I added 114 new, no time to call the entire book, mailed a letter at the beginning of aep stating they can call to discuss other options or keep their current plan.

Had to move more than 150 MAPD whose $0 premium is going to $90. Lost 7 of those I couldn't get to fast enough. No other losses I know of yet, so less than 1% loss. Thought it might be more given the upheaval in plan changes, but new clients grew by many times the 7, so a good, though exhausting, AEP.
I've lost 3 so far. 2 to MA/PDs that I don't offer, and 1 to a "family friend" agent, so there was no beating that. I imagine I have some more out there, they just haven't taken their premium off EFT yet. The last week in December should tell the tale.
I'm in the same boat as many others, though, in that I am waaay too busy to be worrying about it. I'm confident in what I sell, so if my clients feel they can get something better, more power to them. The majority of what I lose will eventually come crawling back once they find out those MA/PDs aren't what they thought/were told. They always do.

MA plans must be better in Florida I guess.I have a substantial book of business which is 75% MA and 25% Med supp and only .004 % wanted to go to from MA to med supp but .008 % went from med supp to MA
