I just looked at teh EFES website.. Is there any significance that everyone of you are leaning to the left in the photos? And, I don't blame Ryan for chiming in on Ben's behalf.. That is what he should do. I was just pointing out he might have reason to be a little biased for those that might not be aware of the relationship. .

My current IMO has just let me down for the last time. I have even spelled it out for him. To no avail..... Still have a little hope he will come around.

Yep, I have told him. 4-1-18 is it. It did not faze him. He acts like it is no big deal.

I have given notice to my current IMO. 4-1-18 is it! I have been with him for about 12 years now. I like him and I value relationships. However, he has just dropped the ball so many times. I have given him to 4-1-18 to get his act together. After this date I will be asking for a release from him.


I have no clue who is an IMO on here. I will ask if you are an IMO to give me a phone number and let's talk for 10 minutes on the phone.

I have moved some contracts to one of the guys here that I had with another guy Xs 20+ years. Sometimes it is just `Next`!
