Hey, yes any state that isn't sold is available. This is what I posted a little ways back-

My bad. I just assumed "leads for sale" would be considered an offer.
Guess not.
However a post of mine about a get together in Vegas was deemed an offer even thought we weren't selling anything.
Different rules I guess.
