If you really think they've already been taken care of...

Both of these are pretty dead on.

Got to be super fast on internet leads and if someone says "already taken care of", I'm asking more questions.

But to further that, I have never had good experience with Internet leads outside of the AEP for Med advantage. They seem to be higher in quality and quantity at that time. Otherwise you can't beat self lead generation through good telemarketing.

I call people that others called... it is the nature of the business. Do you do anything to differentiate yourself?

No, I was calling off 68 or older list. As agents were all buying the same list with the same age requirements so you end up calling the same people.
