IRS / Tax write off thread vanished?

I could've sworn that there was a thread on a forum here recently talking about a change in tax code or something similar to that .. basically letting agents know about a write off or something new in the tax code for self employed? Now I don't see it anywhere. I remember thinking to myself I better screen shot this lol and I should've. I think I was 1/2 asleep when I read it but if I recall it was something passed In Congress and it wasn't very publicized or well known. The point of the thread was an additional tax write off or tax benefit for agents.
