Agents who make more than $100,000 annually are most likely to work 50-59 hours per week. The only surveyed agents who reported working 70 hours per week or more make over $100,000 per year.Decide for yourself if anyone is making good money:

There are a lot of agents making $100K that work less than that. It all depends upon a person's desire, need, market and ability.Agents who make more than $100,000 annually are most likely to work 50-59 hours per week. Do I like to ask myself a lot of questions? YES!Do I get a lower response rate? Absolutely. Do I miss some sales, probably. Am I profitable? Yep. Are they more engaged? Absolutely.

Well, in today's dollars that is $47K.. Not bad for a first year..Who works 50 hours a week at this job? If you do you better be knocking down 250k minimum. I started at Combined Ins. Company 1986 I made a whopping 20,000.00 how things change.
I think this idea is unrealistic. To work 70 hours a week, we are talking about an average of 10 hours a week (including Saturdays and Sundays). There are a lot of agents making $100K that work less than that. It all depends upon a person's desire, need, market and ability.
Some agents have very little family and personal life. They are obsessed with their work. There was a time when I worked 12-14 hours per day M-F and 4 or 5 hours on Sat. I did take off if one of the kids had something special at school, etc..I think this idea is unrealistic. Where is your family life?
Where is your personal life?
Where is it if you are sick or have an emergency in your family?
Thank you!
