Some people just have that touch. I don't so I generate the lead and close for an appointment. I work in urban areas. Very rarely do they just drop what they're doing and let you in, but they will give 60 seconds to get a lead sheet field out. Yes, some do go into the witness protection program afterward, so you need a good follow up system in place!
