Legacy Safeguard/MoO Living Promise

Yes, I do contract agents with this company. Thank you for asking so politely.

I do agree with you that the changes they have made lately are good ones. I think they'll be a major player now.

Todd, do you really see MoO being competitive against the likes of RNA, Americo, and the major FE players?

I changed my post because I realized the topic was being discussed on another thread at the time I posted it...

If the new MoO Living Promise's rates are in age bands like the Whole Life Express was, they will be competitive for non tobacco ages 54,59,64,69,etc.

I can't say as I haven't compared it yet to other carriers. Should probably do that, but the Whole Life Express underwriting kind of turned me off using MoO for FE. Maybe they relaxed the underwriting questions now?

One of my IMO's is pushing this MOO product saying it will be competitive and you can write up to 50k. I have my doubts on how it will be with UW and how it stacks up since MOO is has a crappy rep for screwing agents out of deals like its GI product along with below par customer service and lack of attention to agents.

What kind of contracts are they offering? My IMO's deal isn't anything special.

Just watch. This will simply be yet another deal with MoO that will go south very quickly.
