Ben I put a $100k challenge out in November and not one person took me up on it. Case closed. Now as far as contracts go volume is very deceiving.The bottom line is how good a negotiater one is . Agent A could personally produce 500k and be at 135%. Agent B could have a downline do $1 million and be at 130%. Also no imo wants to put all his eggs in one basket.Lets say one day you and your fellow "superstars" decide to leave 360. Brad is screwed if he doesn't have his own agents .The bible rule in this business for an imo is be diversified.
