Read this BEFORE you sell for Midland National Life

Don't Trust Midland National Life or Midland Annuity. They have been sued all over the country for their sales practices that amount to ripping off senior citizens. Midland is also in conflict or litigation with many of its current or former life insurance agents over commissions those agents earned from products the agents sold for Midland. Midland canceled or refunded thousands of policies because of Midland’s legal problems but they wanted the agents to return their commissions. That means that life insurance agents that have done nothing wrong are being sued by Midland for commissions they earned by following Midland's rules. Is that fair?

Midland National Life Review (a volunteer review organization) has posted a partial list of life insurance agents or investment advisors appointed with or supporting Midland National on its website. This list, combined with the information posted on the website, will allow consumers the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding a purchase of a Midland product or even whether they want to do business with an agent appointed with Midland.

Agents currently appointed with Midland can contact Midland National Life Review to learn how they can be removed from the list.

You just have to wonder whether Midland has managed to trash whatever good name they used to have.

Midland National is part of the Sammons Financial Group and is affiliated with the North American Company for Life and Health and Midland Annuity.
