Travis how much capital would you recommend a new agent have if they want to get started part time with high quality inbound leads?

Depends on the amount of mailers you want to do. Assuming working full time, so money shouldnt be a huge issue to live on. If you're using Scott and doing 300 x 5, no less than 8k, but probably closer to 16k if you want to be really safe.

It's going to want you to punch yourself in the face the first 3-4 months. Let the system do its thing.
