Mass Mutual Vs NYL

NYL has yet to call me back, they said call yesterday, i did left a message and nothing. I don't know if I should take the hint or if the manager is just busy. I did some research on mass mutual, an office close to me has a manager that led the company in production in 2007 and he was awarded manager of the year. Think I should try for that branch instead? Do these companies even hire people with no previous experience?

These companies live off newbies. Very rarely do they get experienced people except from other captives.

Both are good companies. The question is, how is the agency? Will the GA or sales manager help you succeed, or are you just another warm body to meet the recruiting quota?

Well like i said the NYL manager is not returning or answering my calls (do those office phones have caller id?). The Mass Mutual GA was "Manager of the Year" in 2007 and his branch led the whole companies sales. So idk, maybe i should go for mass mutual.

Where is the mass agency?

With all these guys, the products are good, the issue is how good is the agency and support.
