Minimum Sales Requirements

I would like to find some leads like are supplied by imo's without having to be locked into buying a set number a week. I have heard with those leads that the closing rate is much higher and that out of 20 leads that I could possibly get 4 closes. Not sure if this is accurate or not but I have seen many gurus recommended Working that many a week so I believe that would work for me on a Monthly basis. So in you're experience does this ring true or not so much? And does anyone have a source for leads without joining an I'm because I'm having a hard time finding that?
I have a couple contracts placed with these guys just so I could order aged leads on occasion. They might work with your constraints:
Insurance Market Organization - IMO - Insurance Agent Careers - Niche Market Insurers

We have a shopping cart that you can login and buy leads around you. Or you could just do a 1,000 piece drop each month since you are only wanting 15 leads per month.

I highly suggest that you reevaluate this though. I have part time agents that do very well in this business, but they are way more "part time" than you are talking about. If you can not dedicate 10-15 hours of FIELD TIME each week, I would not do this. If you can dedicate that amount of time, then you can easily work 15 leads each week.

What is your goal? If it is income, then why wouldn't you want to work 15 leads each week and write 2-3k extra? I have a guy that is part time and he finishes each month with 10-12k in issued business. But again he is PART TIME which is usually 10-20 hours at most places.

Many agents want to do this from 6:00-7:00 2 nights a week and call that part time. That is 100% going to fail. If you can find the time to dedicate to this, GO FOR IT! If not, I would not waste my time.

Don't go and get hooked up with an IMO that supplies leads to you. You will end up paying dearly for those leads. Besides that, when you do find an IMO willing to supply leads to you they will usually expect you to work their hours, not yours.

Get with an IMO that does not demand anything from you and treats you truly independent. You can buy your own leads when you want.

Maybe you should give us a call. We have many part-timers and have no problem with it.

I am slowly going part time. I used to work about 50-60 hours a week. However, i have been doing this for almost 30 years! I have a LARGE block of renewals.
I now rarely do more than 30 hours a week.
Goal: 20-30 hours a week just to get me out of the house.
Goal: 12 weeks of vacation per year
