For those of you that use Mojo dialer, what are you using for your on-hold message. So when I'm dialing 3 lines at a time and 2 people pick up at the same time, what message are you using for that 2nd person?

The prospects that I call back after they have heard the on-hold message have been a 100% NO! Thanks for your help!

Hello? Hello? Sorry I'll call you right back, I'm having a problem with my phone line I can't hear you.

(Update with a new version every day so people don't hear it twice)

Nice! That's a good idea Brook! I'll have to try that one.

I was thinking have one of my girls leave something like "Please expect a call from Medicare". Just didn't think I could get away with it! ;)

Not for nothing, but it's a violation of FTC call regulations to not answer at least 97% of the calls. Odds are you won't be caught, but that is completely illegal. It's also bad business, just dial it down and you'll piss of less people and not break the law.

:D

Come back when you actually have something helpful to post.

Why would anyone care about it being illegal if they're okay with misleading/deceiving/lying to clients in their voice mail message?

"Hello? Hello? Sorry I'll call you right back, I'm having a problem with my phone line I can't hear you."

I believe this (above) is the approach Mojo promoted at one time, my agents and I agreed it was misleading and canned it, but obviously most people are okay with it.

Why can't you simply say the following?

"I'm so sorry but I'm helping another person and will call you back as soon as possible"

You know, be honest maybe?

I can just picture the voicemails you'll get if you put that as you're vm drop.

WTF are you? You called me and you're busy? F YOU!

LOL
