Monumental's Hold Time Sucks -- 15+ Minutes And No Answer

I just wrote my first app last week with them so I hope it goes smoothly..from the posts I am not sure!

My FMO did forget to include the HIPA authorization form so I had to go back for that.

They are for me, hit and miss, what I mean by that is sometimes it goes smoothly and then there are other times when I want to smack somebody!....But for the most part they are ok...they pay ok and even pay me most of the time before they draft from the client. So to each it's own is what I say

It sounds better then some of the other companies I have dealt with, so I guess I can't complain too much. Thanks!
