MoO Vs. Guardian Vs. NEF. Choice, Choices, Help

Hello all, I am a newly liscensed agent and am investigating 3 companies. MoO are nice people, the manager I would work with has 18 years industry experience, but 2 weeks with MoO, NEF/MetLife seems solid and I like the mamager, he has been with the compnay for a while, but they seem to be losing agents in this market. Guardian is solid, Managing partner has 20 plus in the industry. All the managers at Guardian, are from Mass, NEF, or NWL. Guardian is a growing office, but seem like great folks.

Please help, any insight or guidance would be appreciated.

Guardian would be my first choice if you have a strong local office and a mentor. However, MOO and Met/NEL are good companies.
