MSPM and Other DM Vendors

Why not have them give you the signed form 3602 from the post office that proves your mail went out?

Whenever you ask for this, they really seem to be hesitant and tell you it creates more work for them, which I'm sure it does.

When you think about it, you would think that this would be standard practice to provide 'proof of service' to each mail drop customer that the drop was completed as ordered...

Ya, that and the fact that they would actually have to drop all of your mail, more work and more expense for sure. It boggles my mind as to why some agents are still using some of these companies.

Completely agree. You referred me to the lead connection a couple of years ago and I just won't use anyone else.

Chris is honest, doesn't charge extra for setting my design, answers the phone, and when I order 1,000 pieces I damn well know that 1,000 pieces go out.

Why would I take the chance with anyone else just to save $20? My income is too dependent on the leads going out to assume any risk.

I keep reading about agents selling value rather than price. Why not go for the value of a good DM provider than the cheap price of someone else.

It always seemed crazy to me when I spent thousands of dollars ordering mail through a complete stranger in another state and all I asked for was some proof my mail went out that....

What I get is the cold shoulder that I don't trust them, explanation how hard it is to provide the 3602, a 3602 without proper signature, a $50 to $100 dollar fee to provide it.

Sounds sensible to me.. Does Lead Connection give out discounts for certain carriers--How much can I expect to pay for FE drops with them?

No, he doesn't offer discounts that I know of. The current price for pieces I drop is $420/K.

I'm sure he can answer any questions you have. I can only tell you how he works with me.
