Right now my company is sending me to school to become a Webmaster and as part of the program they will pay for my 1st website so in late August I will start to build my first one. What is your feedback on the design how can I make it user friendly I really appreciate you taking the time to give me this feedback.

Please don't take this as an attack, but I'm confused as to what you are selling. I thought you were advertising for telemarketing, but your blog doesn't tell me anything about telemarketing...

Well I am asking for help here on the forum because the guys have tons of exp. with this kinda of stuff, so I did not want them to look at adds for me so I put articals about the insurance industry so at least when they take the time out to take a look they might like the read. I really enjoy this forum and I am with everybody else on spammers, so if I did that I would be no different. I really do just want some feedback and help because one day I would like to offer this service to my clients.

I may be mistaken, but haven't you just copied and pasted other content and/or used other articles?
Why not write original content? Or...take a common topic and talk about how you feel about it, what you would do, what you recommend, things to avoid about that topic, aw heck. Nobody reads this sh*t anyhow. Seriously. I lost mfancher after my first sentence. He's gone on to the next post. So what do you want to talk about? Al? Syria? Obamacare? The election? Pick your topic because mfancher won't be reading this. Who is he anyhow? Sounds like a young guy. I wish him luck. Hope he stays away from you know what. Yes, indy health insurance!

In my limited experience with blogging and social networking, its all about relevancy. Not necessarily trying to sell your product, but position yourself as the expert. If your product is telemarketing, your blog should be full of articles about the benefits of telemarketing...

I am going to give that a shot thank you for your honest opinion that's what I need so I can learn, once again thank you.
Just looked at your blog and read the B2B article. You need to take time to proofread your postings if you want your blog to appear to be professional. For example, in the first sentence, it should be the plural "policies" and not the possessive "policy's"..
You also need to use paragraph breaks. People will quit reading before they get to the end when you fail to break a long article into paragraphs.
