New to EFES, Question About Leads

JD, I know you like to try and get people to side with you. I just didn't know you'd stoop so low as lying about agents who you have never once spoken to other than on this board in order to make your argument more convincing. I also am still wondering why/how you think you know me or why my numbers and sales tactics are being discussed to you from my managers. You never responded to that. 90% of what you said is simply not true. Completely made up. Fabricated. I don't know if you are making it up or if you are hearing things through the grapevine and it is getting twisted along the way, but I'd appreciate it if you stop spreading the lies. Thanks.

Fastpitch, thanks for the advice. Just to clear it up, it is not part of my presentation to ask how long ago they received the card, I simply ask them on my way out the door, something like "I'm always trying to improve the quality of my service and part of that is my response times from the time you send it in to the time I contact you, may I ask how long it took" it is after they have already made a decision on whether or not they are going to buy. I just want to know. So far, not one person has said under a month. I just find that odd. It is not that I feel like I can't sell it if it is that old, it is just that I am supposed to be buying fresh leads, if I wanted 1 or 2 month old leads I could simply go onto their site and purchase excess leads and pay a heck of a lot less.
And the reason the free government program is coming up is because I am asking them "so what caused you to fill out that card asking for information?" They respond with "umm...it said something like a free government program.." Lately, I ignore that and respond with "Okay, well let me tell you this, people mail that card in for three reasons..." and off I go, but most people still say "okay, well I just thought it was a government thing." So that is why I brought that up, I am still planning on sticking with their system for now, I appreciate your advice greatly, and I will implement that and try and improve.
Contrary to what others are saying about me on here (not you) I am actually not a bad agent, I was doing telemarketing leads before EFES and was doing well, I just thought EFES would be a "grass is greener" type of thing, but I'm just not finding that to be the case so far. And I know that offends a lot of people. lol
I'm not trying to get anyone to side with me. I don't have a side. I got the info about you direct from your manager. And, I did answer your question before. I told you that the EFES people monitor this forum. They asked me if I knew who you were. I told them I did not. Your manger figured out who you were as your screen name is part of your real name.
I don't really give a **** if you are not happy with EFES. EFES is not for everyone and I have always said that. I have also always said that EFES will not work harder for your business than you will.
You got on here to whine and then were called on it. You can pretend otherwise, but it's still pretending.
I would say that you should part company with EFES and take up shop with a better fit.
But, if you want to discount what I have been told by your upline, where are you on the leaderboard with EFES? The number 100 producer for EFES in Feb has done $2100 ap. What number are you on the board? If I have been misinformed about your production I will say so.

Not gonna get in a back and forth with you, but I'll respond to a couple of things. First, like I said before, I'm going to say again. You are not even coming close to telling the truth about me. 90% of what you said I said, is completely and utterly false. So why do you feel the need to share this false information and why are you talking with management about me?
Secondly, I'm not on here to whine like you said, I thought the point of this message board was to get advice from other agents, I have expressed my concerns, my doubts, looked for ideas and advice. That is all. I'd like you to copy and paste ANYTHING I have said that can be considered whining. The last thing I'll say is, I don't know why you are trying to taunt me with my poor production, that is exactly why I am on here getting advice, EFES isn't delivering the things they promised and my production is bad because of it. I was doing so much better with my previous VMO, I just bought into the hype and clearly shouldn't have.

Now, you are the one not telling the truth. EFES did exactly for you what they said they would do. You haven't kept up your end of the deal.
You can't get into a back and forth with me about it because you are doing what you claimed. You. obviously haven't even done $2100 in ap this month in 18 days or you would be on the board. They don't just leave you off because they want to get you mad.
This forum is great for advice and education. You din't come here for that. You came here to whine about your leads. Why aren't you trying to handle that with EFES? Ryan Caras told me to tell you to call him direct. Do you want his direct number?
I tried to tell you that it takes time with EFES. It certainly did for me and it was rough going for a while. One thing I didn't do was get on theis forum and whine about it. I went straight to EFES with my problems.

Didn't see a copy and paste of me whining. That's because you couldn't find one. I have gone to EFES with my concerns, I did that first before even coming on here, I didn't get straight answers (surprise) and so I wanted to talk with other agents to see if they have experienced similar things. Based on the response of this post and all of the private messages, I am assuming they have.

I don't believe that Don will tell the same story you are telling here. I know you have not spoken to Ryan Caras about your issues. Who did you speak to?

JD, best of luck to you. From what you've said, you seem to be doing really well in this business. Not interested in the back and forth, I've already gone on longer than I needed to make my points and get advice. I'll continue to do my best with what I have and you can continue to monitor my production and criticize what you think you know about it

If you actually want help with your problem I told you that Ryan said for you to call him direct. You obviously don't want to do that.
this is the part i don't understand.. did you receive all the leads at the same time after you called?
what did they just forget about sending them to you? i'm curious as to what their response was as to why this occured.

Im confused. So JWILL13 how many leads are you getting weekly now, and how much are you paying per lead? I know you had some trouble initially, but what is happing now?
