You are paying behind but you have a lead bill every Wednesday; just to avoid confusion. Also, isn't it rather juvenile to say "my dog's better than your dog," or "my penis is bigger than yours?"

I don't know about you but I left that insecure about my manhood crap behind on the grade school playground.

You don't a bill on Wed if you didn't get leads 10 days previously. If you got leads you only pay for what you got.

I really hope JDeasy is making more than I am for all of his recruiting on here and all of the business he says he writes. I never said I was doing well with EFES, in fact, I said I was doing pretty bad with them, that is why I came on here with my concerns...and from all the responses and Private Messages I have received I would say the vast majority that have been with Equita would agree with me.

Look, I'm not saying you can't do well with Equita, not saying that at all, I've just come to realize they are not a good fit for me. I also said I was doing much better with my previous lead source, YAL, which should prove that I am not just a terrible salesman as you say. So you and JD can come on here and say that I'm whining, until you are blue in the face  <- like that guy, but in the end, my questions have been answered and you are the ones that come off looking like tools.

What recruiting do you think I do? I got two emails from this board today about going with EFES and I gave them both a number to call. As for my production I says' he writes" it's right there on the board at EFES for anyone to see, including you. It's John D on the board.

I know you have a problem with reading comprehension, but surely you count?

From my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong, with MIG, who I believe works with EFFES, this is how they explained it to me. You pay for the package, you get the leads that come in the package and then they let you work the leads, what you produce depends on the PPL, you have a week to work it and I believe they said that if you aren't producing then they don't send as many leads. It all depends on on production and you pay for whatever leads you get, but I could be misunderstanding what they told me. Or that could just be with MIG and have nothing to do with EFFES at all lol

That's not how it works at all as far as PPL is concerned. You pay for leadss at whatever you negotiated and agreed to at signing.

You wil pay that much per lead for your first 90 days. The PPL, Production Per Lead, is exactly that. It's a 90 day rolling period and you must have 85 leads in each 90 day period for the PPL number to be used.

It's production divided by leads received. Direct monthly bill does not count in your production. Based on whatever your PPL is after 90 days and where it falls on the scale is what you will pay for leads. It's a rolling 90 days, so once you have 90 days with EFES the PPL figure will change every week. It actually changes everyday, but you will pay for leads based on what it is on Firday of each week. The best you can do is $11 per lead. That requires that your PPL be over $200. Not many agents are paying $11 per lead. The average is $19. Most of the agents on the left side of the leaderboard pay $15 or $16 per lead.

The PPL takes some time to figure out. You self generated business that you use your wholesale number on to get a higher commission does not help or hurt your PPL. All of my business goes on my retail number because I would rather pay less for leads every week than to make an extra 10% commission on my self generated business.

WoW, I never thought of that....Im such a newbie!! But it's a 20% difference for me, so I would think using my wholesale # for referral biz makes more sense, esp to begin with, cause Im cash strapped!! I will have to re-look at that once Im getting reg leads tho....As always, thanks again JD!

It's a personal choice how to enter you business. No one will ever tell you you must put you self generated business on your reatil number.

My PPL is high enough that putting one or a few on wholesale wouldn't affect me now, but it's just what I do.

I recently got a nice referral from Newby. I put it on my retail number. Maybe I should have put it on wholesale? That would have been $80 more for me and would have just about taken care of the nice steak dinner I bought Newby.;)

Don't forget...if you sell the wife you owe me ANOTHER steak! And I'm pretty hungry right now.
