I just wonder how many calls the help desk is getting about people wanting to change their user id. I'm just gonna roll with the one i got "trailerparkstallion"

I'm still dealing with the system that will not accept what I've put in for the NPN and MLN User Id.... Just curious... did you use your MLN log in ID for this or something else?

clarify -
when they are asking for your "mln user id" in the same area they ask for your national producer number.... the MLN User Id you are entering there... is that just the log in id you used on the test site?

Hopefully that clarifies what I was asking.... clear as mud i'm sure
