You never answered my question... If your training is all that great, why do you have to spend all day long taking calls from agents in the people's homes? With great training, they should know what they are doing before they even get into the house.. There may have been a time or two that I have called a home office underwriting dept to get a decision on a specific issue but I have never found it necessary to call a manager from a client's house.... Product training? It is only needed by people who either can't read with comprehension or those who are too lazy to read an agent's guide. Especially in the area of FE.. There is nothing complicated about the product. Rah, Rah, Rah is a waste of time in most cases. If I need that, I'll sell Amway.

I'll tell you what, you guys are giving me a run for my money when it comes to keeping my composure. So arrogant. You're not going to sell every house. The power of a second voice to edify you, reiterate everything you just told the client has sold so many policies for my agents it would make your head spin.

How did I misinterpret when these are YOUR exact words..." However, for someone who is struggling to write 3-4k a week."???? I have a theory, you lied and are now backtracking. :twitchy: And again, wheres the proof of your agents avg 6-9k/AP week?? I have another theory....you lied again!

Haha this is ridiculous. Struggling to write* my pm box is still empty with people wanting to compare monthly deposits.

Crickets.... C'mon big contract men. What's up?

I am sure Newby would be glad to give me a rah, rah phone call the other 4 days for less than $960..:D:D[/QUOTE]

Don't be so sure about that... ;)

Pretty simple... 2K x 60% is $1200. 20 leads x $26 is $520.. $1200 minus $520 is $680... That is before charge backs.

Now an agent on 110% selling 2K would have $2200 less 20 leads at $28 (lead connection fixed price) would end up with $1640.. Only in Milner/Londen math is $680 greater than $1640... A daily phone certainly is not worth $960 per week to me.. I can get a weekly phone call through FEX and I am sure Newby would be glad to give me a rah, rah phone call the other 4 days for less than $960..:D:D

Thanks Rouse!
I was too lazy to do the math:)

Stop PMing me when u can't backtrack out of a lie, if u could u would do it publicly, but u can't... So when all else fails u resort to "show me your 1099s" tactics. Wait my bad, your exact PM was "how much u make last month"?

U can't prove your agents make 6-9k/mo in AP, u can't even prove they avg 3-4k/mo...you also lied & said I misinterpreted you, after I pointed out ya previous lie.

Since u wanna know what I made last month, I'll tell u... Once u prove your agents make what u claim they do. You won't, and I'll make u another guarantee, if u pm me again or quote me.... U still won't answer that.

Maybe they are just that darn good that it is worth it for an agent to give up over $50,000 a year to be with them.

I do think it is wonderful that they possibly might be subsidizing leads in the amount of $2.00 per lead.... Perhaps if 360 gave out 60% contracts, his pockets would be deep enough to do that! :D

NOT TO MENTION, my friend, that 360s pockets aren't deep enough to handle 500 agents on mailer leads at $26 a pop. Whoops, you guys just grew to $1000. Never gonna happen bro. Not even the manager who has known the CEO of 360 for 6 years could tell me he had pockets deep enough.

First as I mentioned in my response to your pm, by the way thanks for stalking me privately you end up making remarks that hurt your cause either through ignorance or by trying to make your competition seem less than it is. It does not matter thow deep the IMOs pockets are as the mailhouse is the one offering the guaranteed leads at a set price that is what they can generate them for.

I guess you decided to come back to the public part of them forum. If you want to debate please do not pm me.

And Rouse they really aren't doing that. After like 45 days they sell them for a certain amount (used to be $10) then after so many days they sell them again for like $4.00. They are actually MAKING money off of the agents on leads. Also they charge $20 for AIC leads (in which they do not have to do anything to get these for the agents) and the agent could just email or call Sherry (Shay) and get them for $18.00 themselves. Very awesome organization.
