You never answered my question... If your training is all that great, why do you have to spend all day long taking calls from agents in the people's homes? With great training, they should know what they are doing before they even get into the house.. There may have been a time or two that I have called a home office underwriting dept to get a decision on a specific issue but I have never found it necessary to call a manager from a client's house.... Product training? It is only needed by people who either can't read with comprehension or those who are too lazy to read an agent's guide. Especially in the area of FE.. There is nothing complicated about the product. Rah, Rah, Rah is a waste of time in most cases. If I need that, I'll sell Amway.
I'll tell you what, you guys are giving me a run for my money when it comes to keeping my composure. So arrogant. You're not going to sell every house. The power of a second voice to edify you, reiterate everything you just told the client has sold so many policies for my agents it would make your head spin.

How did I misinterpret when these are YOUR exact words..." However, for someone who is struggling to write 3-4k a week."???? I have a theory, you lied and are now backtracking. And again, wheres the proof of your agents avg 6-9k/AP week?? I have another theory....you lied again!
Haha this is ridiculous. Struggling to write* my pm box is still empty with people wanting to compare monthly deposits.
Crickets.... C'mon big contract men. What's up?
