Just when you think you have heard it all, something comes along to educate you.
Driving home this evening I followed up on a client call... the wife said the client (her husband) wasn't happy with me because he said I told him he could get money out of his policy after a year.
Her exact words went something like this, "**** is upset with you because you told him he could take money out of the policy after a year. He was going to use that money to take me some where nice for our anniversary." ...huh!!Wait! What!?!
Really!?
He was a Trans client and had somehow got his wires crossed regarding the "Accelerated Death Benefit" , you know, in 12 months or less he could pull out up 75% of the face amount.
I pride my self on attempting to be relatively thorough in my explanations regarding the application... seems I dropped the ball on this one... and in the process ruined an anniversary.
I think I've heard that one before, some agents actually try to pull this BS off. The plan is to pivot to KSKJ and run them through the ringer a second time

Oh, you're talking about Rudy's Barbecue. Got a couple in my area, too. We've got a local BBQ joint that I like better. But Rudy's is really good!

Problem for her (me) is... she is GI all the way... and there is no way I am going to sit down and write down all her meds... it would take all day. No KSKJ here...
... and just for the follow-up, if I were to ever run a batch back trough the ringer again... I wouldn't come on here and make a big ta do about it.
I am like goillini... I forget where I bury the bodies...

For the record, I was kidding mate. I don't condone churning although it's a pretty rampant problem in this industry.
