Ran into a couple that had 3 Globe Life policies....wife, hubby & son. Explained the whole thing about an increasing term policy vs WL, they were sold...kinda!

The hubby wants to change his & the son's....no problem for the hubby, but they only have a direct express...where can I place a 30yr smoker with that accepts DE?

But the wife, a smoker like hubby, was diagnosed with cirrhosis within the last yr & recently was put on nitroglyciren <sp> for eithe Angina or CHF in the last few mos. So if she changes, most likely its to an ROP (shes going to confirm with DR exact diagnoses, she wasnt sure). So, what would u recommend for a person who has a term policy in place, but wont be able to afford the next pay increase (4yrs), but will have to go on a ROP WL if she switches??

Thx

PS- Anyone else using Foresters more since the RNA debacle, I am...running into several 50-60yr olds.

I bet she could lower her globe life death benefit and the premium. Use the difference to pay for the policy.

How about keeping the term in place for 2 years until the graded period has passed? If they can handle both premiums.

Move Husb & son. I'd leave wife with Globe. You can't get em all.

Thought about that...but then what happens on her next increase, 4yrs down the road?

I think reducing her Globe life to say 10k & getting her a ROP plan is best if possible!
