That's awesome! I can't get motivated to knock between appts, I'm weird about it. I have to set aside a morning with nothing else going on and just knock out as many as I can before I get annoyed with it lol. So I leave Friday mornings just to DK.

Door knocking is good if you're in the area with a no show appt.Also if you have no leads and have a stack of leads you can't contact.But I've probably door knocked 40 tm or dm leads the past 3 weeks and maybe 7 were home and I drove 250 miles each day I did it.The problem with tm leads you don't know the age of the people thus many are working.

Selling FE in General is sketchy for us woman! So far in a year and half I've been in only 1 situation where I was extremely uncomfortable. I now carry a mace pen in my binder and if I were to ever feel uncomfortable I can lay it on table and them not know it's mace

Never telegraph your move. If it was going to get real serious he would just need to slap the pen off the table or knock you away from it. A clip folding knife would be a good back up to keep on your body. Easy to cancel in a waistband. For that matter a good sturdy pen make a pretty good weapon as well.

Just to chime in here

This is what I use as my everyday carry pen
Smith & Wesson Tactical pen. Looks like a normal pen to most, but it's anodized aluminum, with strike points and you'll already have it in your hands. I've been teaching Filipino martial arts for over 20 years. If you go reaching for a weapon (mace, knife etc) it may be too late. I work near Metro Detroit often and you never know walking into a house.

Cost - $30-40, will last a lifetime
Plus it writes great!
