Problems with Phase II (Identify Verification)

It looks like CMS keeps tweaking the Webinar Training Slide Deck.

It now shows that CONSUMERS need to go through the Identity Verification process in order to set up a Marketplace account. Hopefully consumers won't have the same technical glitches that caused many agents to pull their hair out. Consumers won't put up with it. The government will then have to grant a waiver for identity verification. haha.

I've entered wrong npn number for ffm 2015. Does anybody know how to correct this? Please help!!!
