It now shows that CONSUMERS need to go through the Identity Verification process in order to set up a Marketplace account. Hopefully consumers won't have the same technical glitches that caused many agents to pull their hair out. Consumers won't put up with it. The government will then have to grant a waiver for identity verification. haha.
