Last week same thing with another agent here, called help desk they said to call experian it was on their end. Experian helped her out and she was finished the past Friday.

I couldn't fall asleep so I also tried again. Same problem. Incredibly frustrating. I'm waiting on an email response from CMS. Not holding my breath.
I've talked to them all CMS, Experian, EIDM, and FFM. Received Emails, Q&A's, PDF,s but ono real answers. Kind of sad since we only have seven days.
I had an issue as well. One of the questions ask the name of the city I lived in I selected the city however realized after the fact the name of the city was mis spelled..I received an error message. I am not sure if the mis spelling was done on purpose or not at any rate I restarted the process and had no issues. Heck give it a try.

I am having a problem entering my NPN# at the Federal Individual Marketplace site
I am getting the 10 digit error message. My # is only 5 digits. I tried 0's in front and back of my #.
Still getting the error message!!
The CMS Help Desk told me that there were some "trick" questions in the portal's Identity Verification step. I bet some egghead gets graded and promoted for designing them.

This isn't fixed YET?!?! I had the same problem in late August. Called the Help Desk. She said, "OK enter your NPN again..." I did and it worked. No leading zeros. Try calling the help desk and they'll push a magic button or something.
