Prospecting Vetenerians

We have a lot of marketing material on it so going in is probably you're best bet. A lot of carriers may be after it but I don't believe many or any have the professional included in the BOP. Most currently have their professional through an association and the carrier is Zurich.

Most carriers that do vets actually include professional liability. Nationwide, CNA, Zurich, and HARTFORD, are just a few but there are many others. I just spoke with my DSM and the the big advantage to Erie's program is that they will do vets that do large farm animals. I do not know another standard carrier that does this and it is a huge selling feature if you want to Go after this class. As mentioned above this is a hard class to prospect though and is similar to a doctors office, especially for the big ones. Even when you offer the professional with the bop at a cheaper rate they will often choose to stay with the association.
