Began using Prosperity Life a few weeks ago because of the changes that were forced upon us at the beginning of the new year.

Just a few questions for those who may have used them a longer period of time.

How responsive are they to agents? So far I've spent too long on hold and today I called "New Business" spent 6 min on hole then was transferred to "Customer Care" asked to be transferred back to "New Business" and was dropped directly into answering system. :huh::skeptical::arghh:... Is this normal for them?

I'll just stop there for the moment and see what answers I get.
 
Email ftw. Their hold times are always long at the beginning of the month.
 
American Amicable has the best customer service and marketing dept i've seen yet. And i love their web site. You can pull up all your policy's in force at one time and see the paid to date. They also notify you immediately with a nsf. Trans took 3 weeks by mail to notify you of a nsf
