Rna

and there are other carriers that approve likewise after PHI without this long process--------would think you big hitters more concerned with income than cash flow as you have money coming out the pipeline daily--- getting paid within 24 hrs would seem to not be as big a deal as for smaller producers

You were the one who said hopefully they get issued, I was just letting you no...simmer down.

Also, the getting paid in 24 hours is a terrible idea...I didn't know it until after the fact. I made a post last week saying I'm going as earned on carriers like this.

Finally did their paperless phone application yesterday. 25 minutes each for husband/wife. No faxing apps when I get back to the office. I'll be doing one today completely over the phone. Should be interesting.

The one thing that makes me just a little concerned with doing the phone app is verifying someones identity. I always verify ID on every person when f2f...how will RNA do this over the phone???

I did my second one today. It was worse than the first. This one took 33 mins. I personally felt like the operator must have started working there about 5 minutes before I called.
They also added a recording saying this is the new voice sig app line blah blah. Then the operator asked if I was aware this would be a paperless app.
I was not impressed the first time but I thought it had hope with some time.
Now, I fear they will get worse with time.

If you get a better operator it may be decent.

I wrote my first RNA SIWL since the change over to the new process. I did a paper app and they can just call the lady later.

I can't imagine that I will do the voice sig thing. I have a client that called a couple of days ago. Wrote him an RNA $10,000 last June. He's wanting to increase it to $15,000 or $20,000. I quoted him both and he is to let me know which one he's doing. I'm undecided on how I will proceed with that one.

Trinity was a better price for him last June but he didn't want to do a phone interview. That was back when I didn't have to do phone interviews with RNA.

May have to use a different company for the add on?

If you have to do a phone interview, is there one any easier than ACI?
