If you have to do a phone interview, is there one any easier than ACI?

They have hired some new operators and they have gotten kinda slow. I did one of those today too. That turning 1 question into 4 questions is tedious as hell.

And I was on hold for quite some time today. That rarely happens with AmCon but it did today.

I wrote a Trinity today too. That's about the quickest phone interview out there in my experience. Problem with them is that you don't always get an answer at the end.

True, I did a 3 way PHI with a husband and wife last night. The wife said the interviewer sounded like a nasally robot.

I don't like that either when they don't ask the group of conditions together, but ask one condition at a time. In the past 12 months have you had a heart attack? In the past 12 months have you had a heart valve disorder? It was still quick...about 20 minutes from the time I called in for both apps.

John, will you and Travis PLEASE call RNA already and demand them to backtrack to AT LEAST a paper app plus phone interview?

The floodgates of new business are literally WAITING to be opened with RNA's new application, if they would simply get out of their own way.

I have been contantly talking to them about that. I forward emails I get about it to them. I forward texts about it to them.

They are in a bunker mentality about it and say they are sticking with the process.

Maybe their goal is to slow business? If so, it's working out for them.

Yeah I've been getting put on hold with them lately as well. And the phi has turned atrocious. Donnie said if you tell them you have a "live one," they'll go faster. Hasn't worked for me though lol.

I'll call and hang up if I get certain interviewers. Don't call right back, wait a minute so they have the chance to answer another call.

I had an AmCon interviewer today that either had hearing problems or just didn't pay attention. I had to correct every piece of information she transcribed off the app. Steve or Jane sound better even when they stutter the same question 2 or 3 times before giving the lead a chance to respond. :D

Oh and that re-reading the stem of the question for each section is amazingly tedious.

Call it a rant but sometimes I feel like choosing a carrier to work with is like getting dressed in the morning and being forced to choose the cleanest shirt from a pile of dirty laundry. :goofy:

Every time I get frustrated with PHI problems I remember back to the days of selling home improvement jobs. 4-5 hour appointments 3 times a day and then 2 out of 3 SALES get approved for financing. Then 1 of those would cancel before installation. I was top 3 in my office and promoted within a month to a "trainer" and I "made" 80k. This didn't count fuel and a worn out vehicle. I was usually away from home from 9am to 11pm-1am. This ain't so bad.

McDonald's sounds better than that.
