Sebelius Concedes Reform Could Raise Premiums

It's also in line with the same twisted logic President Obama was using yesterday to explain why he'd veto any bill that delays the Individual Purchase Mandate.

He says that delaying the mandate will cost the government too much money, but his accountant (the Congressional Budget Office) says that delaying the mandate will save Uncle Sam a whopping $170 Billion dollars. WTH?!?
