Secure Horizons Chronic Illness Plan Question

This last AEP, many Secure Horizons (Evercare) mbs rec'd letters indicating that their Chronic Plan would be ending. Were those mbs "auto-enrolled" into the "regular" Secure Horizons plan or did they have to be manually or telephonically enrolled by an Agent?

They had to be manually enrolled into another plan, including those offered by UHC.

Absolutely, to the enrolling agent. They did inform the current agent about the need to re-enroll, but you snooze, you lose.
